“t'able” is a social apartment located in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul as a residential platform that provides individual housing space,
convenient living services, and various community programs that can be done together.
We designed a lounge space for membership in social apartments t'able.
It is always open to members, where you can enjoy coffee, beer, personal time, and community program.

The concept of space design began with the characteristic of the residential platform of the social apartment table.
There is a private residential space, and at the same time there is a lounge space for various people who own each individual space called the first floor membership lounge.
The first floor lounge area has all the comforts of home, but no one owns it, but at the same time it is as comfortable and freely available as an individual property.
This characteristic of space is metaphorically similar to the functional characteristics of public places and streets outside.

We reflect the two characteristics as described above and combine the spatial characteristics of the individual,
the public facilities of the outside, and the cultural characteristics of the street to break down the boundaries of the two spaces and express mixture of new emotions.

It is a space existing inside, but combined with exterior finish materials, plants, outdoor furniture, objects to be used for public facilities,
and pictures reflecting street fashion and culture started from the street in a living space all together.
